Please forgive us! Sometimes there are bugs in the system, and sometimes it is the employees' fault.
We make mistakes, but we're more than happy to amend them! Just reach out to us at play@vartgamedice.com with your order # and a description of what's incorrect, and we'll get you squared away ASAP.

We are proud to offer a comprehensive returns, replacements, and refunds policy.

If your dice arrive damaged, reach out to play@vartgamedice.com within 7 days, and we will be happy to work with you to make things right.

Of course! Shoot us an email at play@vartgamedice.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, We will cancel the order or modify it according to your request. If the order has been shipped, but the order amount is small, we can redesign it for you, but you will have to pay for the shipping cost. If the order amount is large, please exchange or return the goods for a refund after the goods arrive.
We ship in the morning or afternoon from Monday to Friday.

 Our goal is to ship orders within 3-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days in rare instances depending on size of order and current backlog.

We can provide air, sea or international express shipping according to your needs. For the best estimate of shipping time, you can log in to the backstage to check the order information. It will be updated in time. Or you can also contact us during working hours at play@vartgamedice.com and we will reply you in time.

Our products are carefully crafted to ensure they meet the highest industry standards. If the product in your order is defective due to our design problems, we can redesign it for you or provide a hassle-free return policy and refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will arrange the return. 

Note : Products must be in the same condition as they were received in the mail. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
